Information you choose to share

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, company, restaurant format, location count, area of interest, and message. Apex Vista uses this information to review your request and respond about consulting support.

How inquiries are handled

Submissions are stored in the website’s database and accessible through an owner-restricted dashboard. The form does not send an automatic email notification. Please avoid submitting sensitive financial, employee, health, or payment information.

Website activity

The website records aggregate counts of page opens, contact-button clicks, and received inquiries. These counts do not use tracking cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, or third-party advertising analytics, and do not identify unique visitors.

Form protection

The server uses temporary form tokens and a daily hash of the connection IP address to limit repeated token requests. These tokens expire after one hour and expired token records are removed when new form tokens are requested.

Questions or deletion requests

Email stephen@apexvista.net to ask about your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion. Inquiries are retained until removed by the owner.

Submitting a form starts a conversation. Consulting services, scope, fees, and terms require a separate agreement.
